All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Custom Soap Lab bars are made to order and may take additional time to hand-pour and cure before shipping.
Pricing
Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice. Promotions cannot be combined unless stated. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
Returns
We offer a 30-day happiness guarantee. If a product doesn't suit your skin, contact us for a replacement or refund. Custom bars are non-refundable unless faulty.
Liability
Our products are cosmetics, not medical treatments. Always patch-test and discontinue use if irritation occurs. The AI Skin Analysis provides estimates, not medical diagnoses.
